Web Application

Tucana

Tucana is a web application — a multi-club platform for sports communities. It helps club members track their running activities, take part in club events, and view performance leaderboards.

What the app does: it connects members' Strava accounts and their sign-in accounts (Google) to automatically sync activities and display them inside the club's community. We use Google sign-in only to authenticate and create your account (receiving your name, email and profile picture) — we never post to your account. Each club has its own brand and domain, with fully separated data.

What Tucana is

Tucana is a multi-club platform for running communities. Instead of each club building its own management system, Tucana provides one shared infrastructure that many clubs can use — while each club keeps its brand, domain, members and data fully separated from the others. Tucana helps club members track their own running activities, join club events, and compare results on a shared leaderboard.

What the platform can do

Activity sync

Members connect a provider (such as Strava) to automatically sync their runs.

Club events

Members join running events organized by the club and track progress toward event goals.

Leaderboards

Events show individual and team rankings based on synced activities.

Community feed

Members can view and interact with each other's activities within their own club.

Sign-in

You can sign in to Tucana with an email and password, or with your Google account. When you use Google sign-in, we only receive your name, email address and profile picture, used solely to create or access your club account. We never post to your social media account. You can unlink a social account at any time from your profile page, or request data deletion by emailing [email protected].

Members

Each club on Tucana is a dedicated space for that club's running community. New accounts are usually reviewed by each club's administrators before activation, keeping the community relevant and safe.
